Oxford International Benenden School — summer school in the UK
- Benenden, Cranbrook, UK
- Boarding school
- age from 9 to 17

Description
Founded in 1923, Benenden School has been one of the leading boarding schools in Britain for the last 90 years. The school occupies an impressive Victorian mansion situated in 240 acres of beautiful parkland, known as Hemsted Park, in the heart of Kent, known as the Garden of England.
There are bright classrooms, a library and a technology and design leisure centre. The theatre is run by a student troupe. After school, students are served a hot lunch in the campus dining hall and can relax in the lounges or park. Drama, art, yoga and zumba workshops are available to students. Children can also take part in running, chess, book and computer club, or take music lessons with the school's professors for a fee. There are sports fields, a swimming pool and tennis courts on site. At the weekend the kids go to Canterbury and the Brighton Maritime Centre. They also go walking through the main streets of London and visit the British Museum. In the evenings they participate in quizzes, do puzzles, perform in talent shows and experience different cultures.
Children are housed in the school residence, within walking distance of their classrooms. The rooms are shared by several students and are equipped with common facilities. A member of staff cleans them every day from Monday to Friday. Meals are provided three times a day and lunch packs are provided at the weekend.
