Description
The Leonardo Da Vinci language school opened its doors in 2007. It is a modern education centre, equipped with an impeccable teaching and sport infrastructure. The school is located in the north of Antibes, close to the airport and the beaches. The centre is surrounded by a pine forest.
Children can enjoy refreshments in the common room with TV, cafeteria or restaurant. After classes students go for walks and engage in sports activities. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a playground and ping pong tables are available on the grounds. Once a week there is a sailing class for kids. In the evening there are games, barbecues, a cinema and disco. During the week kids will go to Monaco or Cannes. The weekend is spent on the white beaches of Nice or at Marineland Sea Adventure Park.
The children are accommodated in the accommodation where the lessons take place. Rooms are shared by several students and facilities are shared. Once a week, the staff mops the rooms and changes the sheets. Meals are provided three times a day and packed lunches are available for trips.
Why choose this school
- The Centre International d’Antibes has been hosting junior language camps for more than 30 years!
- Antibes is a town where kids (5–7 and 8–11 years) and teens (12–17 years) can have fun and stay safe. It is easy to get around, everything is accessible on foot and the transport network serving Antibes and neighbouring localities is also well developed
- Local residents – the Antibois – are extremely welcoming and used to mixing with an international crowd thanks to year-round tourism
- Antibes is 18 km from Nice Airport, and the railway station offers a very frequent service to the entire French Riviera
- A sandy beach extends along the full length of the town
- By day and by night, the town centre and the old town both offer plenty of options for going out. Antibes is the most popular spot for young people between Nice and Cannes
- Thousands of parents have put their trust in us: nearly 2,000 young students study French in Antibes every year, representing more than 20 nationalities
