Visa to Germany

For schoolchildren, we issue a short-term Schengen visa to Germany, category C.

You do not need to apply for a German visa if you have a valid Schengen visa from any state of the agreement.

 

List of documents for a visa to Germany for a student:

 

1. Questionnaire

You fill out the questionnaire in Russian. The Travel Class specialist creates your visa application on the basis of it. It is important that all the items of the questionnaire are filled out correctly. Download and upload the questionnaire in your Travel Class account.

2. Certificate from the school

The usual certificate from the school office.


3. Certificate from the parent's place of work

Enough from one parent
The relevance of this document is 1 month from the date of issue.
If you are an individual entrepreneur - Certificate of registration of individual entrepreneur and TIN.
If your employer is an individual entrepreneur, attach a certificate of registration of the individual entrepreneur and his TIN to the certificate from the place of work.
If the parent is retired, you will need a copy of the pension certificate.

 

4. Certificate from the bank about the balance on the parent's account (it is advisable to reflect the movement of funds for the last three months)

The remainder of the certificate must be at least the price of the trip.
A certificate can be obtained from the branch of your bank. The certificate must be in original, in Russian or English.
The relevance of this document is 1 month from the date of issue.

 

5. Notarized consent to leave from both parents

You can arrange "unaccompanied".

Dates in agreement on travel dates with a margin. Many parents immediately give consent until they come of age so that they can be used multiple times for future trips.
The document must contain the wording on the coverage of Germany and the Schengen countries.

If there is only one parent, then documentary confirmation is needed: a dash in the parent column in the birth certificate, death certificate, police certificate on the search for the second parent, etc. If there is a second parent and is not deprived of parental rights, consent is required.

 

6. Copy of birth certificate

7. International passport

A copy of the passport page with personal data and a photograph of the applicant, as well as a page with a biometric visa, if the biometrics were previously submitted.

8. Two good quality 3.5 x 4.5 cm color photographs against a white background, taken within the last 6 months, the face should cover approximately 70 to 80 percent of the photograph.

11. A copy of the parents' Russian passport (photo page and registration page)

 

Features of a visa to Germany:

1. Fingerprints are required for all applicants over 12 years of age. The procedure is repeated every 5 years.

Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this procedure.

2. Personal presence is required. Only persons who have previously gone through the procedure for submitting biometric data for the Schengen countries may not be present in person. In this case, our employee can submit documents using a power of attorney (see a sample power of attorney).

3. You can get fingerprints in Russia in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and other cities.

4. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or other legal representative.

5. You can apply for a visa 6 months before departure.

6. The term for consideration of documents is approximately 10-15 days, in the high season (April-July), consideration may increase up to 4 weeks.

7. All certificates for obtaining a visa must be no older than 1 month. until the moment of submission to the Consulate.

8. In the high season (April-July) the queue for registration for biometrics is up to 4 weeks. Upload all the documents in advance so that you can be quickly recorded.
You can also order a paid VIP submission service if you want to take a shorter queue or a prime time service if you want to come outside of business hours (after 16.00).

How is the process of applying for a visa:

1. After registering for the tour, the parent in his personal account sees a list of documents required for a visa

2. Upload scans of documents to the platform.

3. Travel Class specialist checks documents, fills out a visa application.

4. With the parent or teacher, the Travel Class specialist will agree on the date of visiting the visa center, send him instructions on how to submit documents *

5. On the day of biometrics, you leave your passport and other documents at the visa center. After 2-4 weeks, the passport with the visa can be collected from the same visa center. If you are from another city - order courier delivery to you.

* If biometrics were submitted earlier and their validity period has not yet expired (5 years), submission without personal presence is possible. You need to send a package of documents and a power of attorney to our office, and we ourselves will enter the documents into the visa center, and upon leaving we will send a passport to your address.

What to take with you Visa Application Center:

The original of a valid international passport + a copy of the page with personal data and biometric visa (if any).

Other passports: valid and canceled (if any).
Attach a copy of the personal data page and copies of all previously issued Schengen visas to the canceled passport.
The original of the second act. it is obligatory to take passports for filing.

Originals of certificates: from the place of study, work, from the bank.

Birth certificate: original + copy

General passport (if already available): original + copies of all pages with marks

Pupils, students, postgraduates and accompanying teachers who leave for the purpose of training or advanced training, incl. within the framework of exchange programs and other educational activities.

 

When submitting documents:

* Visa fees are paid

* Mandatory presence of the applicant for fingerprinting and photographing

* Be punctual: if the delay is more than 10 minutes, the visa center may refuse to accept documents and biometrics

* Feeding may take up to 2 hours

* When submitting, you can order the return delivery of your passport by courier to your home / office (900-2500 rubles).
