If canceled at least two weeks in advance, you will be refunded the amount paid except for:
- Travel Class services for booking 55 EUR;
- ticket refunds are made according to the airline's rules (unless otherwise requested, tickets are purchased by default at the most favorable, usually non-refundable fare).
If canceled less than two weeks before the start of the program, additionally will be taken:
- the first week of the Program at the School;
- additional services (medical insurance, meeting at the airport, additional excursions), if they have already been ordered.

Durante toda la estancia, los estudiantes cuentan con la presencia constante de staff local y monitores, disponibles las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. Los chicos nunca están solos: están acompañados en clase, durante las comidas, en las actividades deportivas, las excursiones y también durante la noche en las residencias. Todo el personal está formado en primeros auxilios y tiene experiencia trabajando con adolescentes.
