Kalachnaya is an unusual museum. It can be called alive, because the main object of the museum display will be the process of baking rolls, recreated according to old manuals. It is a full cycle - from the preparation of hop sourdough, "flour mixture", creation and cutting of dough on an ice table - to baking and eating rolls in the heat of the heat according to special rules, starting with a "fried lip" and ending with a warm "crumb on the stomach ".
