La nostra escola d'estiu a Höchst es troba en un antic monestir medieval que serveix com a centre de conferències per a l'Església Evangèlica la resta de l'any. A l'estiu és tot teu i dels teus amics. Per als mesos d'estiu de juliol i agost, deutsch-institut lloguer tot el lloc que inclou aules, dormitoris i una gran sala d'actes, així com sales d'esbarjo i un gran parc. Hi ha instal·lacions per jugar a futbol i bàsquet, fer barbacoes o simplement estar relaxat al sol. Els dormitoris dobles i triples són molt còmodes. Hi ha banys amb WC i dutxes a cada planta. I per tenir cura dels nostres participants, hi ha una sala per a una persona responsable a cada planta.
Totes les habitacions disposen de:
- Llits individuals (llits plegables en habitacions compartides), armari per guardar roba
- Bany amb dutxa i lavabo a la planta
- Roba de cama i tovalloles
La infraestructura de la residència:
- Màquines expendedores de refrigeris i begudes al vestíbul
- Gran zona exterior per jugar a esports (p. ex., futbol, bàsquet)
- Estudi d'art i gran auditori per a activitats col·lectives (p. ex., festes o pel·lícules)
La pensió completa (esmorzar, dinar i sopar) és inclosa quan reserveu una estada a la residència. Això significa que rebreu tres menjars al dia.
El primer menjar el dia d'arribada és sopar, i l'últim menjar el dia de partida és esmorzar.
L'esmorzar a Alemanya i Àustria és típicament fred (p. ex., pa o panet, cereals, mantega, ou, salsitxa o melmelada, suc, aigua o té).
El dinar entre setmana consisteix en un bufet calent i una barra d'ensalada. Els caps de setmana rebreu un dinar per emportar. El dinar per emportar normalment inclou un entrepà, fruita, un dolç i una beguda.
El tercer menjar és el sopar, que també es servirà en format bufet. A vegades fem grillades per sopar.
El nostre curs d'estiu a Höchst (Odenwald) es fa al Convent de Höchst. La zona de la residència és gran amb molt d'espai per jugar a esports i, com a remat, té una paret d'escalada. També podreu fer manualitats divertides a l'estudi d'art. El menjador, on mengeu esmorzar, dinar i sopar amb tots els altres participants del curs, es troba a la planta baixa. Per a la nit de cinema o la festa setmanal, tenim disponible una gran sala de reunions.
Generalment sereu supervisats pel nostre equip tot el temps. És possible que estigueu sense supervisar durant períodes curts, per exemple, entre activitats o durant activitats. Durant aquests temps explorareu la zona en grups d'almenys tres participants (d'acord amb les nostres normes escolars). Si vosaltres i els vostres pares preferiu més llibertat, us recomanem un dels nostres cursos amb allotjament en família. Per descomptat, dins de l'hotel, podeu moure's lliurement. Compartireu la vostra habitació amb altres participants del curs internacional de deutsch-institut. The Standard Course is Monday through Friday mornings beginning between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and ending around 12:30 pm. In between, there is a short break.
Course description
- Improve your German as you concentrate on the primary skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing
- The main goal of the course will be speaking and the confident and fluent usage of the language.
- Your teacher orients the instruction toward practice. This way you will always be learning the language in a creative context.
- During instruction, we pay particular attention to creating an exciting atmosphere in which you can "play" with the language.
- The teachers incorporate short tests so you receive feedback on your language skill development.
Monday morning, when you arrive at school for the first time, you will complete a placement test. This will determine your language level so that you can be placed in the appropriate class. There is a written test and a short oral interview. When complete, the test results will be evaluated and the teachers at the institute will divide the participants into classes. You will be informed of the course you should attend.
Teaching materials
In our courses, we place great emphasis on a communicative, varied curriculum. These teaching methods may differ from those you are used to experiencing at home. We focus on the oral usage of the language so that you can practice and use German during your stay with us. Of course, there are also supplementary written exercises, especially right at the beginning. In these written exercises, we are not measuring how much is written.
